Glasträume von Gudhjem
Wenn die Fotografin Kerstin Zimmermann auf ihrer Lieblingsinsel Bornholm weilt, holt sie sich gerne fotografische Inspirationen in der weit über Dänemarks Grenzen hinaus bekannten Glasbläserei von Pete Hunner und Maibritt Jönsson, BALTIC SEA GLASS, in Gudhjem.
Die beiden erschaffen in ihrer Werkstatt, einem alten Hühnerstall, Kunstwerke höchster Kreativität und Präzision: The inspiration for our work comes mainly from the nature at Bornholm. The creative process is a "Ping-pong" between us and the hot glass mass. Our interpretation is based on a common ground, through curious interactions, which eventually end up in a joint collaboration. This is where our hearts are!
